Our facilities to accept credit and debit card payments from clients is now operational. We hope in particular that credit card payments will provide assistance to clients who can then pay their credit card bill when it suits them and will alleviate the stress and worry that paying legal costs can often cause at an already emotional and stressful time.
A charge of 3%* will be applicable on the amount paid using this facility, which will be taken at the time of payment (although this charge may vary from time to time as this is the administrative charge applied by our bank for using such facilities for each payment made. Clients will be notified should this percentage fluctuate).
Clients may also pay their legal costs with us by:
• Cheque
• Cash
• Banker’s draft or building society cheque
• Telegraphic transfer
• Counter credit
• Internet banking
• Credit / debit card
